I am very pleased with Banner Contracting in the replacement of my old shingle roof with a new metal roof. I dealt with Oliver and Dwight and both were very professional and conscientious in getting the job done well and taking time to insure that I was satisfied with the materials and workmanship. I would highly recommend their services. They provided a good experience in an area where many people are concerned with who to hire to do this job.
We had our roof replaced in Corbin, KY, and although Banner Contracting Group is based in Knoxville, TN, they were hands down the best crew we've worked with. Oliver was extremely awesome at walking us through the whole process. He explained everything clearly from the start and handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, which saved me a ton of time and stress. I really appreciated that. Bryson went out of his way to help, too — even jumping in to help me and another contractor move some heavy flooring during a separate home project. That kind of extra effort is rare. The roof was fully replaced in just one day, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. Coming from someone who works in sales and marketing, I really appreciated how genuine these guys were. They didn’t oversell or push anything we didn’t need. They simply offered a solution that truly brought value to me and my family — and followed through. That’s how business should be done! If you're in Corbin or the Tri-County area, you know it’s not always easy to find a roofing company you feel great about. Not throwing shade at anyone, just being honest. These guys stood out by communicating well and doing what they said they’d do. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company. I contacted Banner Contractor Group on September 23rd for some gutter repair and roof work. They showed up the same day within about an hour, which was impressive. The team was very professional, got to work right away, and had everything completed within a couple of hours. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of workmanship was top-notch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing home repairs!
From the moment Oliver and CJ walked up to ask about our “old” roof, I have had the best customer service. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did not push their business at all. They offered quick easy financing if needed as well as other needed touch ups. The crew was spectacular and courteous and needless to say fast. I would definitely use them again, however I had a metal roof put on.

Do yourself a favor and call them first. Oliver went above and beyond dealing with my insurance company that didn’t want to pay. Then when he got everything in order they got my new roof on that looks amazing by the way in 6 hours. I can’t say enough about these guys call them you won’t regret it.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend this company. I was not pressured into having my whole roof replaced. They showed me areas that needed TLC, quoted me a reasonable price and fixed what needed fixed in a timely manner. When I do need my roof replaced I'll be calling Banner Contracting.

I had a fantastic experience with Banner Contracting Group! A storm damaged my roof, and Oliver came out the same day to take care of it. I was at work when he arrived, but he sent me videos before starting to show the damage and explained everything clearly. After the repair, he sent another video showing the finished work and walked me through what he did to fix it. The repair was flawless—you can’t even tell there was any damage! He was super friendly and professional, and I’ll definitely be referring people to him. Highly recommend!
Dwight is a great communicator and very skilled in his trade. His team replaced our roof after a bad storm and kept in touch regularly to let us know of any change orders or unexpected expenses. He is well versed in homeowners insurance policies and took care of that for us as well. In addition to that, he checked in with us well after the job was done and our insurance claim was closed to make sure that we were happy with the work! 10/10 recommend.

We're currently getting a lot of work done on our home. Oliver came out to meet my husband for a quote on our roof. He was on time and explained everything in great detail. Additionally offered a military discount. We did our own homework on the shingle products between Banner Contracting's product and those of the other quotes we received. The shingles rated about the same yet Banner Contracting's warranty was 10 years more! Oliver had a no hassle sales approach. His customer service was 100%. We didn't have to reach out to him since he communicated to us exactly when & what was happening. Oliver and his crew came to Piney Flats TN from Knoxville and he stayed with the crew overseeing the entire job. He routinely used a drone during the replacement to snap photos so we could see the condition of the roof under the shingles. Gutters were cleaned out afterwards without any additional fee and the crew did a great job not leaving any materials on the ground. Especially nails! Oliver even offered to find a contractor to give us a quote on another project we would like to have done. Within a week of completion, Oliver not only got us in touch with the other contractor but he also completed and submitted the required paperwork to our homeowners insurance to get a better rate saving us $500 a year on our policy! I've never had customer service from a contractor like this before! We have zero regrets utilizing Banner Contracting! We are VERY pleased and are HIGHLY recommending! Thank you Oliver!!!
