I had a fantastic experience with Banner Contracting Group! A storm damaged my roof, and Oliver came out the same day to take care of it. I was at work when he arrived, but he sent me videos before starting to show the damage and explained everything clearly. After the repair, he sent another video showing the finished work and walked me through what he did to fix it. The repair was flawless—you can’t even tell there was any damage! He was super friendly and professional, and I’ll definitely be referring people to him. Highly recommend!
Dwight is a great communicator and very skilled in his trade. His team replaced our roof after a bad storm and kept in touch regularly to let us know of any change orders or unexpected expenses. He is well versed in homeowners insurance policies and took care of that for us as well. In addition to that, he checked in with us well after the job was done and our insurance claim was closed to make sure that we were happy with the work! 10/10 recommend.

Working with Dwight was easy. He was professional, fast, and efficient. He helped navigate an insurance claim and really worked to look out for my best interest. He also saved me money. I will definitely work with him again if the need ever arises.
We're currently getting a lot of work done on our home. Oliver came out to meet my husband for a quote on our roof. He was on time and explained everything in great detail. Additionally offered a military discount. We did our own homework on the shingle products between Banner Contracting's product and those of the other quotes we received. The shingles rated about the same yet Banner Contracting's warranty was 10 years more! Oliver had a no hassle sales approach. His customer service was 100%. We didn't have to reach out to him since he communicated to us exactly when & what was happening. Oliver and his crew came to Piney Flats TN from Knoxville and he stayed with the crew overseeing the entire job. He routinely used a drone during the replacement to snap photos so we could see the condition of the roof under the shingles. Gutters were cleaned out afterwards without any additional fee and the crew did a great job not leaving any materials on the ground. Especially nails! Oliver even offered to find a contractor to give us a quote on another project we would like to have done. Within a week of completion, Oliver not only got us in touch with the other contractor but he also completed and submitted the required paperwork to our homeowners insurance to get a better rate saving us $500 a year on our policy! I've never had customer service from a contractor like this before! We have zero regrets utilizing Banner Contracting! We are VERY pleased and are HIGHLY recommending! Thank you Oliver!!!
